Dear Ray,
After Talking to you last Friday, I decided to buy the Miele Callisto vacuum cleaner. I had done some research on a number of vacuums and had pretty much decided on the Miele brand, but it was your enthusiasm and knowledge of the product that made the sale! I looked online and could have had one shipped to me the next day for $10.00 more, but I decided to buy locally and I am so glad that I did.

It is a pleasure doing business with someone who takes the time to answer lots of questions and makes a point to not put the competitor's product down, but rather to explain why the Miele does a superior job of keeping the dirt where it is intended - in the vacuum and not back out into the room that was just cleaned.

Your demonstration of the vacuum was thorough. I could tell that you weren't just trying to sell a product for the sake of the sale. The warranty is almost unheard of - I've tossed cheaper vacuums in less than the seven year warranty on this one. It makes good sense to not have to keep replacing items that end up in the landfill in a short time.

I've had fun using my new vacuum and will be encouraging anyone who is in the market for a new one to try mine out and then go see you!

I am writing this letter to commend Ray Daminger for going above and beyond the barr.I met Ray about 4 months ago when I began my quest for a new vacuum cleaner. I went to the Oreck store down the road, as a result of owning an Oreck for almost 15 years and I thought it was a good product. As soon as I met Ray,the wall (between buyer & seller) came right down. The first thing Ray did, was ask me several involvement questions,to find out my wants and needs. I actually spent a couple of hours with Ray that day,and the more we spoke, the more I realized this guy was in it for the long haul. I have a friend who swears by his Miele vacuum.He stated to me that I would not be able to match the quality or dependability with any other brand. He was, and is correct. “I have been plagued with recurrent sore throats, allergies and asthma since early childhood. I was dragged though the medical professions attempts at “cures” from age two…antibiotics, antihistamines, tonsillectomy, allergy shots, etc., etc., etc. Nothing helped. At age twelve, my parents began educating themselves in alternative medicine.
