All our canister vacuum cleaners are also equipped with speed control so you can reduce the suction when cleaning more delicate surfaces

Why is airflow important?

Airflow determines the ability of a vacuum cleaner to clean. Horsepower, amperage and water lift give no indication of a vacuum cleaner's true ability to effectively clean.

On select models, you may adjust the power of the motor by using Miele's convenient speed controls. They are configured as one of the following:

• A radial dial
• A slide bar
• A + / - step-on button system, or
• A handy console on the hose handle
